A.C. Bros ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Blackjack Pro Trainer mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in relation to your use of the App.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) directly from you. We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or phone number to use the App.

B. Game Data (Local)

The App stores game progress (coins, BCoins, game state, and preferences) locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

C. Google Play Games Services

If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games Services, Google may collect information such as your Gamer ID to manage leaderboards and achievements. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for more details.

2. Third-Party Services

To provide ads and in-app purchases, we use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

A. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements (Banners, Rewarded Ads, and Interstitial Ads). Google may use device identifiers (like the Android Advertising ID) to serve personalized ads.

B. In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing)

The App uses Google Play Billing for the purchase of virtual coins. All financial transactions are processed securely by Google. We do not have access to your credit card details or financial information.

3. Data Retention

Since we do not collect personal data on our own servers, we do not "retain" your data. Local game data is deleted if you clear the App's cache or uninstall the App from your device.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided a third-party service (like Google) with personal information, please contact the respective service.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
