*   **Preferences:** Your app settings, including theme selection, timer duration, sound preferences, and language settings.

*   **Audio Configuration:** Custom sound mixes and volume levels you have saved.


**Note:** This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, this information will be lost unless backed up by your device's operating system (e.g., Google Drive backup).


### B. Financial Information

The App offers premium features via In-App Purchases. All financial transactions are processed directly through **Google Play**.

*   We **do not** collect, store, or have access to your credit card information, billing address, or transaction history.

## 2. Permissions and Device Access


To provide its features, the App requests specific permissions. We use these permissions strictly for the purposes described below:

    *   **Purpose:** This permission is used for the "Focus Monitoring" & "App Blocker" features. It allows the App to detect when you open distracting apps during an active focus session.

    *   **Privacy:** This data is processed **locally** in real-time. We do not store a history of the apps you visit, nor do we send this data to any external server.


*   **Do Not Disturb Access (ACCESS_NOTIFICATION_POLICY):**

    *   **Purpose:** This allows the App to automatically enable "Do Not Disturb" mode on your device when a focus session starts and disable it when the session ends, ensuring you are not interrupted.


*   **System Alert Window (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW):**

    *   **Purpose:** This allows the App to display a timer overlay or a blocking screen over other apps if you attempt to use them during a strict focus session.


*   **Foreground Service & Media Playback:**

    *   **Purpose:** This is required to keep the timer running and audio playing when you lock your screen or switch to another app.


*   **Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS):**

    *   **Purpose:** To send you alerts when your timer finishes, daily motivational quotes, and reminders you have scheduled. You can disable these at any time in the device settings.


## 3. Third-Party Services


We maintain a strict "no-ads" policy and do not share your data with advertisers. However, we utilize the following essential third-party service:


*   **Google Play Services:** Used for:

    *   Processing In-App Purchases and validating subscription status.

    *   Providing core Android functionality.
